Patient reports moderate flare on flexural surfaces of both arms over 10 days. Pruritus 6/10, worse at night. No new exposures.
Erythematous lichenified plaques on antecubital fossae bilaterally. Mild excoriation. No secondary infection noted.
Atopic dermatitis, moderate, flexural distribution.
Triamcinolone 0.1% BID × 2 weeks. Re-evaluate 4 weeks. Counseled on emollient routine.
